I've been working with some friends, and I can announce that we have ourselves a beta WiiConnect24 server.
All data was collected by AwesomeMarioFan and Larsenv of GBATemp - I do not own this data.
To connect, simply set your DNS to 185.82.21.64 - This DNS also has records for Wiimmfi.
Green is working,
Orange is a bit of work needed but eventually working,
Gold is maybe, but we don't have any dumps,
Red is definite no.
News Channel - 2013 News, will eventually add RSA-Ignore patch to create custom news
Custom News - Fully possible, Larsenv has been slaving away, we should get them out by January 26th.
Ninty Announcements - Fully complete, we understand how to create new files, create text to add and add a Mii.
Customized EULA - Fully custom, currently in English, German, French, Spanish, and . We are getting french aswell![:P]()
WC24 Mail between Wiis and Wii<>Email - Requires a HTTPS to HTTP patch in nwc24msg.cfg, which we can do, and the ability to create correct check.cgi checksum - If you have knowledge of disassembling Wii data, contact me!
Forecast Channel - We have some dumps, but we need to start reverse engineering properly.
Everybody Votes Channel - This requires a voting.bin file before the shutdown occured - if anyone has a Wii that has not been turned on since 2013, send us your NAND!
Check Mii Out/Mii Contest Channel - We need to work out data, and get some dumps, please send us your NANDS.
Nintendo Channel - We have very little data but we maybe could add it in.
Digicam Print Channel - We'd probably not print this, but instead let you download the PNG/PSD from our server![:P]()
Wii no Ma - shutdown in 2012, no dumps and no service to buy items from.
TV no Tomo Channel G Guide for Wii - No service to get TV data from.

We now have RiiConnect24 Announcements. We are currently testing, and the subdomain for mail has been set to something that is not wii.com, so that people cannot just connect and download these. We are also working on custom sounds, custom letter files for announcements, etc...
Please be patient - we have to base64 UTF-16BE data which is annoying,

117XXX - HTTP error XXX on my server - If 117404, I will need to duplicate folders, so wait a day or so for me to do so (tell me what time in UK time (google 'uk time') you tried so I can check my apache2 logs)![:D]()
109106 - Your WC24 mailbox is full - you need to somehow clear it (If you want to clear it from your NAND, /shared2/wc24/m(ail)box/*.mbx)![:P]()
107245 - RSA check failed - We are working on patching out requirement of RSA.
106102 - Discontinued Message - we don't have any dumps, we have added shutdown data to have folder structure.
NEWS/FORE0000006 or similar - You are not in English language, you sadly cannot use it like this. Please make your language English

Known Issues
- News Channel will not show latest news - this is due to us not having a news.bin file, only news.bin.00-23.
- Weather channel gives an error - all our dumps, annoyingly, do not work. However, a friend is working on a RSA patch removal.
- Announcements do not display - Explained in previous section.
