Okay, now I know what a lot of people are going to say, but hear me out.
Someone recently posted a thread on the forums ( @Leseratte replied to them and reduced their ban to 1 week) saying they got banned "without warning". Again, this demonstrates how ignorant people can be. I was thinking perhaps making registration and console assignment mandatory, and require first-time users of the portal to read and accept an Agreement, basically outlining the rules, policies and procedures of Wiimmfi. Until the user accepts this agreement, they won't be able to login to Wiimmfi. If User is in breach of Agreement, then the Agreement will be terminated and the User won't be able to play on Wiimmfi (ban perhaps?)
I realize this takes away from the open-ness of Wiimmfi to everyone, but this is almost as good as our 7 day wait system.
