S&SASR error 98020

Hello,

When I connect Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing to wiimmfi it gives this error after a while: 98020. In the text at the disabled data for Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games London 2012 and Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games it reads. Disabled because missing GameStat Server (error 98020). Is this because the GameStat Server is missing too?
