Help!

WIIMMFI:Hey guys, so i got an error code 23911, and i got alot of suggestions, wimm said i should ask forums, i cant get my MKWII FC, King decimator says its a Perm ban because well, the cause of this is, profile making limits, and if you make to many, its a ban because it might be thought as FC farming. And if i can't find a fix, my data pretty much was lost because of nothing, and if this is somekind of well if you wanna declare it as ''troll'' or ''spam'' declare it, but i searched the whole WEB for the soluton so.. please help. Thanks. WE MADE IT TO -1!! THANKS TO ALL THE PPL WHO DONT UNDERSTAND YAY.
