As some may know, the peerchat server is currently in testing. However, it only works on Wii ATM, DS is being a bit funny with it.
AFAIK, The Wi-Fi Plaza is a peerchat user in NDS. As @Leseratte has explained to me, the reason DS wont work is because of the following
The Wii will resolve the CNAME, but NDS only looks at the first line.
