Do I have to face any consequences from Nintendo when I install the WiiU homebrew channel with Haxchi?

so, I would like to install the homebrew channel on my WiiU by using Haxchi.

My questions about all this:

If Nintendo throws out a new update for the WiiU, is it going to erase the homebrew channel?
Can Nintendo see if I installed any unsupported software?
