RiiConnect24

RIiConnect24.net is a beta WiiConnect24 replacement.
To connect, simply set your DNS to 185.82.21.64. No obstruction to Wiimmfi or Wii Shop will occur.

Announcements can be made, thanks to a rediscovery(WE DID NOT FIND THE KEY FIRST!) of the Announcement Key by @Xidus.
We can make them if required, however as not everybody has the same URL we are currently running into issues with such a thing.


Larsenv has made the News Channel into beta - see riiconnect24.net/instructions/wii.php for details on how to install the RiiConnect24 specific files on your Wii - WiiU is not supported yet.

117XXX - HTTP error XXX on server
109106 - Your WC24 mailbox is full - you need to clear it (see video LINK-SOON)
106102 - Discontinued Message - we don't have any dumps of this feature, we have added shutdown data to have folder structure.
NEWS/FORE0000006 or similar - Non-specific issue.





RiiConnect24 have worked tirelessly (and by that I mean @larsenv) to bring Animal Crossing DLC to the Wii!
It's very simple; only 3 steps (2 that are checks):

1. Set your primary DNS to 185.82.21.64 and secondary to 8.8.8.8 (Wii Settings -> Internet -> Connections -> Select your connection -> turn Auto-Obtain DNS off, and hit change).
   
2. Ensure WiiConnect24 and WiiConnect24 standby is on (If you've used the Wii MKW Competition patcher by @Leseratte then this will be enabled).
   
3. Tell Rover that you want WiiConnect24 things on (call via telephone in-game near bed, or on settings at start).
   

Then simply wait!
