-SOLVED- USB loader won't load usb and freezes

So I have a wfbs formatted 8 GB USB and u tried to load a pal game (instead of a normal ntsc-u game) (this has worked before too) and when it says loading USB it just freezes and when I unplug (port 0) it says load USB 15-14-13..etc. When I replug in it stops counting and freezes! I removed the pal game and still nothing happen it still freezes! Vid: sendvid.com/e8xz2g88
